Discovered yoga and its benefits in my twenties, and I am practicing since then.

After a few years of practicing, and experiencing the benefits yoga gave me, I wanted to get deeper into studying and understanding the philosophy, and to start to share my knowledge and experience with other people who struggle with stress, anxiety and help them find peace in everyday life.


My goal is to help you bring more mindfulness and connect with your body.


I believe that yoga and meditation, and taking care of our body and mind is an important step towards a happier life, so we can spread some light and peace into this world, and make it a better place to live for all living beings.


With a combination of gentle hatha and vinyasa, pranayama and yoga nidra, I help my students in emotional release, in finding balance and peace.

For me yoga is not only a practice, it is a complete lifestyle. We learn every day, explore ourselves through the practice.
