Hi, I am Jelena
I am Hatha yoga teacher and student, I teach asana, pranyama and yoga nidra.
My classes are a combination of gentle Hatha and Vinyasa flow.
I graduated management in tourism. During the I university discovered yoga and its benefits, and I am practicing since then. After a few years of practicing I wanted to get deeper in studying and understanding the philosophy, and to start to share my knowledge and experience with other people and help them to find peace en everyday life.
I tend to upgrade my knowledge and practice, to be better teacher everyday.
I think that yoga and meditation, and taking care of our body and mind generally speaking, is nessesary nowadays to spread some light and peace into this world, and make it a better place to live for all life beings.
I am a vegeterian, my diet is mostly plant-based. I love the sea, nature, all the animals. I am very sensitive person, introvert, I like to spend time with people, but I also need my time alone to recharge.
