Release stress and Anxiety with yoga and movement

 Do you often struggle with anxiety and stress, or feel overwhelmed?

The practice of yoga is a perfect way to connect with yourself.

Classes consist of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and yoga nidra (relaxation).

The classes combine gentle Hatha yoga mixed with Vinyasa elements.

If you want to understand yourself better, become more aware of your body, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and bring more peace and balance into your everyday life, then you are more than welcome to join me in the classes.

We are practicing to release the stress and tension from our body and the mind and the negative emotions stored in our bodies for years.

We practice via the Zoom platform.
